[GAMEPLAY] Cannot use "center camera on champion" when using semi-locked camera.

This has been a global-wide issue for a while now. Riot support has not been successful at trying to solve this issue even after giving them logs and access to my account. Basically, when in semi-locked camera mode, when pressing your binding to center the camera, it does nothing. Really easy to reproduce, enable semi-locked camera, move camera, press binding. I believe that this is a bug considering that all other camera modes have the ability to be centered. This is what Riot has said about the issue
