Semi-Locked Center on Champion

As an avid player of both LoL and HotS, I would have to say the default camera system in HotS is more enjoyable. I thought that with the option of "semi-locked" being available now, I can enjoy both games equally. However, while in "semi-locked" mode, I am not able to center the camera on my champion. I have checked my binds and "Center camera on Champion" was bound to space bar yet it never centered the camera. Please fix this issue so that we are able to center our camera while in semi-locked mode, thank you.
