Bard E + Master Yi Q = Yi stuck in wall

I was playing Bard and E'd to escape master yi ganking bot lane. E resolved properly, but I got alpha'd as I was entering the wall. Master yi then spends a few seconds inside of the wall unable to move. Not sure if he was targettable for the duration.
