[Client] Ban Search and Ban Selection failed

I just finished a King Poro Match in which I was responsible for bans. I asked for what my team wanted, and the first request was Yi. I typed "y" into the search field, it found Yi, I selected, ban complete.

Next the team requested Sion. I typed "Sion" in the search field before the other team finished selecting their ban. When it was our turn again, the search field emptied and I re-typed "Sion" into the search field. Sion did NOT appear in the champion list. In a state of panic I tried to re-type into the search field multiple times to no avail. Time ran out and it was the enemy's ban pick again. Suddenly Sion appeared in the champion list. I tried to click Sion and it made the selection sound, but Sion did not appear in the ban list for my team.

This repeated for the third pick.

Only 1 ban ever showed up in our ban list but the enemy team did not pick Sion. Im not sure if it was because the ban went through and just didn't show on our screens, or if they just didn't want Sion. (I know the rest of my team saw the lack of ban picks because there were a few comments about it...)
