New menu bugs(i guess)

i have been experiencing some bugs lately with the new spell board minimaps and stuff, while playing i have noticed that spells and items are not activating properly, especially when i played kennen, while i had my r activated w wouldnt work even if i spammed it hard, i have no problems with my internet whatsoever, if it is not a bug please tell me what i can do to fix this
