Master Yi(yes I know, again)

I realize he's been merged alot and all but I wanna make a point that something needs to be done about it still, he's a cheap champion, not really hard to play, yet towards end game, if he has devourer he becomes so broken he can quite literally 1v5 a team in front of the Baron pit and walk away with a penta. It's just kind of ridiculous. I know he gets complained about alot but devourer cause him to be so broken and unbalanced.
