Surrender Vote Box could be moved around as I pleased up until last night's patch.
It is now static and takes up space and visibility any time someone wants to pussy out.
Please fix.
And if this is intentional, it's a shitty decision so give me the option to disable having to see the surrender vote.

Can confirm this is happening to me to. It used to be in the way for a second or five on the first vote, now it's always in the way! Please fix it.
Why the crap would anybody want this? Why would I want to spend 50% of my ranked games with a stupid surrender vote box on my screen that I am gonna ignore anyway? Atleast let me decide on auto-declining or disable it entirely. Ritopls
