Destroying an inhibitor as Jinx with Runaan's gives her 10 to 12 stacks of her passive

Found this bug while playing ranked 5's with friends. It doesn't work on Howling Abyss though (not sure about TT) Riot, give 2k RP for the bug

EDIT (for clarity): How to reproduce this bug:

1. Pick Jinx
2. Get Runaan's Hurricane
3. Destroy an inhibitor to get your 1 passive proc
4. Get 10 to 12 stacks of your passive instead
