Since your ADC only got 102cs, you had the chance to take a lot of cs... 46cs isn't enough to get S even with your KDA.
The way that this ranking is determined is not solely based on your role so much as the portion of the map that you start in.
This SHOULD mean that having a low number of kills, low number of deaths and high number of assists as a support will be an indication that you were playing your role as a support well. However, the fact that Lux is actually a very powerful mage means that it is fairly likely that she will also be started in the bottom lane (maybe as a support, but possibly as a carry) and will still end up having a high number of kills.
Therefore you are competing with the KDA of these Lux's as well, and not just that of those who play as a genuine support.
