[BUG] Sion not Gaining HP for Large Monster Kills

I just played my first game in this patch with Sion and I noticed I was having a really hard time gaining HP from kills. It was really slow! I started looking at the HP that I was gaining and it seemed as though every time I killed a large monster, I got ZERO hp for doing it. For example, with the top krugs, I would kill the small one and get 2 HP as expected, and then I would kill the big one and get no HP at all. The same was true for the top Razorbeaks. I also tried seeing if using Sion's shield was causing the HP not to be gained (perhaps because it was on cooldown) but this was not the case.

I had Titantic Hydra and Chilling Cinderhulk equipped. I didn't try this on the bottom.

Please fix!
