Rengar Seems to get Stuck in the Jungle since the new Summoner's Rift

Hey Riot, I play Rengar almost exclusively and I seem to have this happen quite a bit.

It seems as if some combination of the following causes Rengar to stop attacking monsters in the jungle. When this happens, right clicking on a monster will not cause him to start attacking. I literally have to make him move around for a sec before he'll start attacking again: Jumping out of a bush Smiting Using hit spells in quick succession.
