Not getting any IP after the game

Hi, Im not getting any IP after I finish a game, I cant even get into the post game lobby, keeps saying that the PVP has disconnected. This had been a problem for several games now. has anyone else gotten this? are their any fixes? will i ever get the IP i earned in the previous games? is riot working to fix any of this?
