[UI] Shop UI cut off at bottom

My shop UI is cut off at the bottom. I think it's because I once fiddled with the resolution some odd years back, but when i changed it back to how it should be, it got stuck like this. It's a little irritating being unable to access the buttons on the bottom. I've played league on another computer and the shop UI is fine.

I stopped playing league for awhile (not sure how many years?) but the error seems to have persisted, even after a reinstall.
