[CLIENT] Spectator Mode - Vi's and Jinx's passive descriptions read as 'Bad Desc'

Was watching a random game (from Ranked games that can be spectated through the homepage of the game client) and was browsing through the champion abilities when I noticed VI's passive description was not showing up properly. I checked a couple of the other champions but they seemed fine. Screenshot #1 uploaded.

After that game was over, I spectated another game and it seems Vi's passive description was also labeled as "bad desc" there as well. Screenshot #2 uploaded.

I looked through my friends list to see if there was anyone playing Vi so I could replicate this bug further and see if it was just a thing with random people, however noticed that Jinx's passive is also bugged with the same issue. I hopped into another random stream to confirm that it's not just one game. Screenshots #3 and #4 uploaded.

The irony that the issue resides with Vi's and Jinx's passives doesn't elude me.
