Jayce and Teemo
Jayce can hit teemo even when blinded. The blind doesn't work at all. The damage applies but he doesn't get the effect? Is this some kind of "hack" on his part or am i just not good enough?

did he hit you with autos or abilitys. abilitys dont get stopped by blind
Keep in mind he has 3 damaging abilities that can't be blinded.
