IP glitch? Or GG ?

So i just got 6390 RP , decide to buy kog'Maw to try him out. After doing so I notice that my IP is now at -3210 .... To confirm this I tried to by nunu and it said I was 3560 IP too low... I would really love to not have lost a full 4800 IP on top of what I used to buy Kog. Is there a way I can get my IP back ?

It's just a visual bug that makes it look like you were double charged. Log out and back in and it should update correctly.
