[Gameplay] Azir dashes through Dominion barrier

Azir can combo his soldier and dash to push himself through the barrier at the start of a dominion game. I haven't tried to replicate it, I only saw someone do it.

Steps to recreate (i think): 1.) Be Azir. 2.) Play on Dominion. 3.) Be level 3. 3.) Place soldier outside of starting barrier. 4.) dash to soldier. 5.) repeat.

EDIT: Apparently this is a known bug... Anyways, move along citizen. Nothing to see here.
