Unable to trade during ARAM games

I tend to tab out and someone ends up wanting to trade with me so i go back to the client. When i reach the client, i dont see a trade request and i tell them to request it again but it still doesnt show up. The only time I can trade is when, I, myself request the trade.

is it just me or anybody else???
