[Gameplay] Early Surrender

So, the game I was in was ended up with my team doing a early surrender which succeeded with ( 2 Yes / 3 No ) curious as to how this happened. The friend I'm playing with then got "Bug Splat Crash" report during the game ending and loading of the stats screen and the only person showing not in the game was my teams jungle Shaco which I believe was around mid lane at the time and had 12 CS score which makes no sense as to why it flagged him. I think the Leona eventually joined the game or something cause on the stats screen the player had purchased at least 1 health potion.
