Cannot buy Wooglet's witchcap

Hi everyone. I can't find Wooglet's Witchcap in the store on the Rift. is it supposed to be there?

wooglet isnt available on summoners rift, its only on twisted treeline and i think howling abyss.

This item is only available on Twisted Treeline and Dominion.

Thanks for reporting that it's coming up in 'Item Sets'. We'll see what's happening there.
