[GAMEPLAY] Ezreal with Rageblade
Everytime Ezreal fires his Q he gets a stack of rageblade, regardless of it hitting anything. He can keep the 8 stacks from base to a fight using this.

[EDIT: I was wrong about this. Apparently Ezreal's Q does not apply other on-attack effects like Runaan's Hurricane. My mistake. Also it appears this bug was fixed in 5.23]
It stacks on attack and ez's q is an autoattack.
You can argue that this interaction should be nerfed in one way or another, but it's not a bug.
Ez's Q is a spell that can apply on hit effects, but if it hits nothing then he really shouldn't get a stack because there wasn't a hit. Jax's Q is counted as an autoattack yet when he jumps to an allied minion or a ward he doesn't get a stack.
