Guinsoo's Rageblade Bug

There is currently a bug with Guinsoo's Rageblade in that Ezreal can add and maintain stacks just by casting Q. I am fairly sure that the stack is supposed to only be added or maintained if the Q hits someone. Right now, it seems he just has to keep casting it and it is ok. Not entirely gamebreaking but it allows him to reap the full benefits of the item continuously.
