FPS drop terrible levels!

Playing on the new team builder open beta on the new map, and my fps just goes straight down hill on low settings. On a rank and normal game, I am from 15-30 fps which I can play nicely with, but on this new map, my fps goes straight down to 2-5 fps, so team fights just makes everything freeze up completely.
