Leave Buster Issue

Truly, this is completely unfair Riot, I read over the feature of the new Leave Buster, but in this case, you have implanted something that did not over look a person internet connection or in this case, the client itself. And I will not be happy if I am put on a que longer then 20 minutes or even worst, a perm ban because the client wouldnt work correctly for me at first. I sign it for now, but get this programming under control please.

My team nor the other team rage about it, because it was understanding and you do have power to see what was said in game, so clearly, it was a mature agreement. Like I said, I sign it for now, but I should not be punish for this because of your end.
