Lost my Hud [Gameplay]

I don't know what happened, but I started a ranked game as mordekaiser, and when i got into the game, my HUD was gone. All i could see was healthbars and the minimap. I opened the options, and attempted to move the minimap to the left, thinking that it may reload the HUD, but it in fact caused the minimap to disappear. This Irked me because I could not see my cooldowns, or move my items around, or know what was going on in the game. In the end we got utterly destroyed because i could not reliably fight my opponent and ended up getting killed by him a lot.
