Hey Riot, after the patch... my game won't start

Look Riot, I dunno what u have changed.... but ever since the latest patch... my game just won't start after champion select!

nothing loaded up after champion select... even after I manually close everything and re-lockin and reconnect... it says connection dropped due to time out.. WTF Riot, this is totally your fault
