Annoying and laggy league bug

Whenever Irelia, Zoe, Kaisa or any new champion with special effects or particles come on screen, there is an annoying bug that happends that makes a foggy effect in game. This does not happen with old champions and skins. It also happends whenever aery and comet are up as well oddly. Please fix its very annoying especailly when irelia gets her passive and ults, which just makes the whole screen completely foggy.
