Thanks for the report! I'm seeing that you have the icon still on the boards, but it's super weird it's missing in other places. Talking to someone now about why this is occurring. I can update you when I get more details.

Does this bug still occur after you re-log? If it does, would you be able to check your local files for "profileIcon905.jpg" under C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.205\deploy\assets\storeImages\content\summoner_icon? Maybe the icon somehow got deleted locally for you.
Oh no it's fine right now sorry for the late response. It was ONLY a client problem it was not disappearing in game or anything
