[CLIENT] Glacial Olaf displaying wrong splash art in loading screen

Their are two splash arts for Glacial Olaf: a newer one that is displayed in the new client collection, shop, etc. and an older one. The splash arts are as follows:

When you load into game, the older skin displays on the loading screen 100% of the time. I don't think I need to include a step by step direction since I have literally never had the bug / error not occur.
