Stole scuttle, scuttle shrine was wrong color and didn't give speed

I stole Scuttle from Shaco, got the gold for it, but when I passed over the speed shrine I didn't get the speed up for it and the color displayed it as the enemy's scuttle even though we got the vision for it.
