Can't Add Bots to Custom Game

Also, is the practice tool locked for anyone else?

I'm trying to teach my friend how to play and it will not let me add bots, as they disappear. Tried finding this on the patch notes but don't see anything on it.

the servers are fucked up because of tft. I can't invite people, cancel the invites or even exit the lobby. I tried to restart the client but I am still in the lobby xded
