5 player Bug splat throughout whole team, enemy wins game

Found this really weird bug that our entire team DCed in a soloq game. Really sketched me out and I assumed the enemy team bug splatted too, but when we all joined back in the enemies pushed up and destroyed two tier two towers and got a dragon. I also thought we'd get a loss prevented but none of us got that either. Anyone ever had this happen to them?
