Is this a morde bug?

So I was playing morde last night and ended up in a morde vs morde bot lane. My team got dragon and I was in lane with my dragon. Their morde killed my dragon ghost and spawned his own dragon ghost from it.

Later in the game their morde had used his ult and his team went to dragon. They killed the dragon and he got a dragon ghost that died within seconds when his other ghost died.

Not sure if the first one is a bug but the second one definitely is.
