Auto Declining
It has only happened a few times but sometimes, after being in the dynamic queue for a little it just auto declines the match when one is found. I do not get an option to accept or decline, it just comes up with "You have declined".

I've had something kinda like that happen to me where I press accept but it still says I declined and boots me from the queue. It usually only happens after I've been in the queue longer than the estimated time, like your issue.
