Countdown timer bs bug

Ahead of me there were 2 waves of picking left when the timer went to 0. Then I got leaver buster, in ranked. If the timer was at 0 for 4 other people before me, why did everything go through and the game decided that I was the one that dodged? I wasn't even picking next, the enemy was. If I had left, I would've gotten the penalty. If I stay, I still get the leaver penalty. Is this a joke? Meanwhile my spouse was in a game with no connection issues. There was nothing I could do, but every now and then this just randomly happens and I get penalized for nothing other than a bug on your end. This is not the first time. Bug report, support ticket, thread, all useless, as this keeps happening and I keep losing LP. Not to mention the TIMER PENALTY WOW SUCH AN INCENTIVE TO JUST, oh idk, NEVER Q FOR RANKED AGAIN.
