[GAMEPLAY] Bug with Swain interaction after being killed while Zilean's ult is active on him.

Basically title. While Swain is being brought back to life by everyone's favourite chronokeeper his ultimate remains active, he enters his death animation but birds still fly out and try to kill things, which I'm pretty sure is not an intended interaction, but anyway here are the steps to replicate:

1. Have Swain and Zilean on the same team.
2. Have Swain turn his ult.
3. Have Zilean ult Swain.
4. Have Swain die while the ult is active.
5. Swain's ult birds will continue to fly out as they would if he was alive.
6. Swain comes back to life in ult form until he decides to turn it off.
7. Profit.

I'm not sure if this is intended or not so thats why I posted it here just so it can be brought to Riot's attention.
