Veigar's Event Horizon Wall Bug

Idk how man others are going through this. But for me it's happening 1 or twice a game where even when my wall is up, enemy players would just walk out of it, for a bit I thought it was lag but when I catch multiple enemies one would be stunned and the other would just walk out.

This has caused me a great deal a grief, due to either being killed or escaped from when it's pretty rare to catch anyone with it in the first place. I've also even got reported because "I wasn't catching anything" even when they saw what happened and just went "wtf, LOL!".

"I only play Veigar because I bought the FB skin a week before you ruined him for me" l:l ...He's gonna be played.
