Bug with loot screen partial render locks up briefly

For a week now my loot tab gets locked up upon loading, you can see that it has issues loading some images, partially loading others and delays input. if i click on anything it takes about 2 minutes before it actually processes and then jumps to that screen. After that operations seem normal but after investigating looks like CPU utilization is stuck at 100% for the entirety of the interface freeze.
