As you can see the sightstone won't refresh any more, placed 3 wards initially than after that it just said it was empty the rest of the game. Don't know if it's related to placing green wards using klepto maybe that bugs it out.
did selling the ss and undoing the sale resolve the problem? at least thats how i solved it last time.
Just here to confirm this bug, happened to me too in a Bard game about 8 hours ago. selling and undoing the sale fixed it for me.
edit: i watched the replay and noticed that i DID in fact respawn with charges. i was dead and purchased an item while waiting to respawn. AFTER i had respawned, i undid the purchase and my sightstone charges disappeared with the undone item.
I had the same problem, again playing sona. I am not sure whether it is related to the champion or something else, but I didnt have the klepto rune. I had 0 charges, I got killed, and it froze on 0 charges, I tried placing wards in the base itself, but it didnt work, so I had no wards till the end of the game. I did not sell/buy shit when this bug happened.
I had the same problem a couple of days ago, and made a thread then.
I was on Nami. Selling+Rebuying worked. Looks like it isn't just limited to SS though, because I just updated a clip of it happening to the ward charges on a Gragas' jungle item.
Happened to me today too. Upgrading the item maintained the bug too. As a further point, the 3 charges were listed on the item - but it was greyed out.
