[CRASH] Game crashes 4-5 times before game even starts.

Each time I play a game, the champion select is fine, and the start of everyone loading in is fine, but randomly in the champion loading screen, everyone stops loading, and I have to alt-f4 or else I will be stuck there, and I am forced to reconnect. The main problem comes after. When I attempt to reconnect, it will tell me that there is a problem with my internet connection and I need to try to reconnect again. This will happen 4-5 times, sometimes even 6 or 7, before I even start loading into the game again, and since I don't have an amazing computer, that is about another minute of waiting. This has lost me many games, and it really upsets me to know that I could've contributed more to the game if I didn't reconnect at five minutes in. (This has been going on for almost a month.)
