[GAMEPLAY] Draven's Axes are sometimes not registering as being caught.

I played Draven today, and although I've noticed that it happened before the patch, it seems to just be crazy now. Pre-10 minutes, I lost at least five axes due to it not registering that I was standing in the circle for the axes. I'm not sure how to reproduce it, as it was just happening randomly to me. My friends, whom I was in skype with, were also noticing this bug.
