[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Taunt Bug

I was spectating my friend's game when I saw the enemy Katarina get taunted by Rammus and Kat just walked away from Rammus instead of her autoing her due to the taunt. Pretty much the taunt didn't work at all, as shown in the video.
