Play Button Grays Out

So as of recently (about a month or maybe more) I have had an issue where my Play button in the client randomly grays out. It'll go back to normal if I wait a bit, but then if I wait longer it'll gray out again and this process repeats. I have tried restarting both the client and my computer to no avail. Anyone else have this issue and if so do you know of a solution? Its pretty annoying and obviously makes it impossible to play the game a lot of times.
