[Client] Zilean cannot be seen/selected in Team Builder champ select

Just happened minutes ago. I purchased Zilean for 1350 IP from the store, then went into Team Builder. After selecting Bottom/Support and selecting Zilean, I got a random text that stated something along the lines of "Invalid champ select".

Zilean's icon then disappeared from the team builder completely. He cannot be selected by me at all. I relogged in, tried again, Team Builder still thinks Zilean doesn't exist. I checked my account - It says I own him. I then created a custom game to see if he would show up in other modes - he did show up in the custom game select.

TL;DR -Zilean cannot be used in Team Builder after purchasing him -Relogging does nothing -Can be selected in other modes

Edit: Problem appeared to fix itself after some time. Looks like a server hiccup?
