[GAMEPLAY] Thresh bugs: Relic item not working + Lantern (W) indicator is missing

Problems:

  1. After purchasing Relic as Thresh, it did not execute minions at all despite having charges ready, ally nearby, and the minions clearly being low on health. To really check this, I tried last hitting some and still, Relic refused to work at all. Had to sell it and purchase a different item instead since it did not work for that one game.

  2. Thresh's lantern (W) is missing its range indicator after being cast. This makes it quite difficult to tell how far you can go before the lantern returns to Thresh.

Easy to reproduce, although I've only tried Relic on Thresh once so far. I do know it worked for an opposing Alistar once, which is why I suspect it's a Thresh bug.

Thresh is ranged

Ranged attacks do not proc the execute (as is stated on the item)

The passive to share the gold/heal still applies, you just have to last hit

Working as intended

I created a Lantern thread too, didnt see this one.

Basic attacks should proc Relic Shield, else the Pros on ProBuilds wouldn't build it

Why would you even build the teal income item? The yellow one provides way more health regeneration for yourself as a support, I buy it every time I support, the others are useless for this role. Yellow one gives more than teal's regeneration even for the both of you combined. The blue one provides no regeneration, but is strong on offense, so it's pretty good. I think it could use a minor buff though. The teal one though is horrible. Even if it's good on paper as a carry that can heal both of you, the fact is, that it will actually be used up when one of you has full health, making the charges wasted. This might be what's happening to you. The item is working when you don't want it to work. Maybe they should change it to an activated item. You get the minions executed even if your normal basic attack is enough to kill it, which is quite sad to be honest. Even if they just fixed that aspect of it, then it would be a lot better. Wouldn't even need to add the activating suggestion.
