Morg snare bugged again??

was in a game a few days ago as morg... had a Leona right in front of me and my snare went right thru her... i know what you are going to say and no its not lag.. she didnt flash... i have noticed this happen a little last season and the season before.. only comes up every now and then.. but it ALWAYS happens at the tri bush area on bottom blue side...
