[(GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser's W Passive in ARAM

I can't find any solid evidence of it being a bug or it actually being intended, but since it seems to be random, I'm calling it as a bug.

No matter what my CS is, the exp bonus gained seems random. Sometimes I get 0 exp gained the entire match, sometimes it pops up to 150ish, it just seems to have no rhyme or reason.

I can (kind of) understand it not being in ARAM for balancing reasons (that's neither here nor there, so let's not get into that), but it'd be nice if there was an official response. I saw a topic that was ignored a couple months back, can't find any other info though. I'd say it was intended if it was 0 forever, but I've seen it change and others claim to have the same kind of experience I did.
