[CLIENT][CRASH] Client fails to display scoreboard, health bars, text over icons, then crashes

Loaded into game, bought relic shield and a bead, pressed tab to view scoreboard. Encountered a fistfull of issues:

• The scoreboard only listed two players. This later corrected itself while laning.
• There are no healthbars on allied or enemy champions.
• Inventory icons are missing text over them.
• Player healthbar (bottom of the screen) doesn't have illustration of health remaining.
• Only one ally's portrait is shown in the respawn timer/ult indicator area
• Before 9:30 the client crashed (screen froze)
