[CLIENT] Game starts with different rune page than was displayed in client

Played an aram last night, made a new rune page for it. After the aram I quit the client. I started the client again today and queued for a ranked game. My first rune page was displayed, but when I loaded into the game it used the rune page selected last night.

At the start of my next game my first rune page was still displayed as the selected rune page: https://imgur.com/a/AvK8L

Reproduce: Create a rune page, play with it, close client, start client, play a game Frequency: Good chance of occurring on first game after starting client.

This has happened to me twice in a ranked game and I’ve reported it. It’s a known bug... but I don’t think they plan on doing anything about it anytime soon.

I just got this bug again without an ARAM. Played a normal as Illaoi, quit, started client again, played flex, had first rune page displayed as selected, got my Illaoi rune page.

I'm thinking about asking support for another rune page so I can XXX out the first one and never use it.

It shows two rune pages selected like the ubiquitous rune page bug from pre-season.
