[Client] Joining lobby permanent black screen

After accepting the game, met with full blackscreen with a dialogue box saying 'retrieving data from server' and a 'cancel' option. The curser is the loading 'clock'. Waiting solves nothing, pressing cancel does not return you to home client, but just makes entire screen black with no features, and the curser is still the loading 'clock'

After several minutes client changes from fullblack screen to normal homepage, with the curser still in clock form, and I'm hit with a leaver penalty.

Any tips to avoid this in the future?

No idea what earlier today I was playing with a friend in team builder and we get kicked from making a room 5 times and kept getting the message that we D/C from the chat. The funny thing was we where still in the lobby but said we where kicked so we had to keep making new rooms.

I was on the loading screen and suddently my screen went all black without any cursor .. and i cant plug my monitor into my video card since this day! ( i must plus iT into my motheboard to see something appear on my monitor when i check my video card devide it say that everything work fine and are up to date
